The airtight seal actually works — my dog's kibble stayed crunchy for weeks instead of going stale like it did in the old plastic bin. The waterproof lid is a nice bonus since I keep it out in the garage.
Loaded this up with a 40lb bag and the lid sealed tight with no smell leaking out in my garage. The waterproof part sold me since I keep it out back, and so far it's held up.
The cam lock latch clicks tight and I can finally stop worrying about raccoons raiding the kibble at night. After a month of humid weather, the seal is holding perfectly and the blue camo finish hasn't scratched once.
