The leather on this bed is seriously thick, and wiping off muddy paw prints takes about ten seconds with a damp cloth. My pup claimed it within the first hour, so the money was well spent on something that won't end up ignored in a corner.
The Homestead Bed has survived three months of my golden retriever’s nightly digging ritual, and it still looks brand new after a quick wipe-down. I love that the whole setup is so easy to keep clean, because muddy paws are basically his favorite accessory.
The leather D-ring is genuinely sturdy and feels like it’ll hold up for years, and the bed itself has survived my pup’s digging without a scratch. Only knock is the bed cover takes a bit of wrestling to get off for washing, but that’s a minor gripe for how solid the whole setup is.
