The chest rig sits high enough that my shotgun shells don’t dig into my ribs when I crouch in the blind, and the zipper glides even after a morning of ice. First hunt with it and I didn’t once have to fight with my gear to get to a bird.

My last vest left me soaked by midday, but this one's neoprene stayed dry through a full morning of retrieves, and the zippers never once stuck. Even the fit around my shoulders feels dialed in, no more bunching when I swing on a bird. This is the one I'll grab from now on.

Took this out on a rainy opener and the zippers never once froze up, even after wading through cattails. The neoprene stayed dry against my chest all morning, which has never happened with any other vest I've owned. Fit is snug but lets me swing freely when birds flush.
