The double-wall construction really does make a difference — my shepherd leans against the sides and it barely flexes. It also holds temperature well, so the back of my truck doesn't turn it into an oven on warm days.
The double-wall construction really shows on this crate—I can feel the extra rigidity when I tap the sides, and my dog settles in without a fuss. The thermal insulation is a nice bonus for our cold garage mornings. It’s clearly built to last, and I’m glad I went with a crate actually made here.
My dog used to panic in his old crate, but the thermal properties on this one seem to keep him calm even on warm days. The double-wall build feels noticeably sturdier than anything I've had before, though it is heavier to move around the house.
