I’ve been caught in two sudden downpours this month and everything inside stayed bone dry — the TPU coating really does its job. The fabric also feels tougher than my old gear, and the extra UV protection is a nice bonus for long sunny days on the boat.

The TPU-coated nylon held up perfectly on a windy beach day, and the extra UV protection is a real bonus for long hikes in the sun. It’s surprisingly light for how tough the material feels, so it’s been easy to pack along everywhere.
